At Cliqnorder, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects.
Wrong Item Delivered: If the item delivered does not match your order.
Missing Items: If an item is missing from the order.
Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Email us at support@cliqnorder.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).
Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you to ship it back.
On receiving the product and verifying the condition, refund/replacement will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of customer-induced damage, return will be rejected.
For event-based or digital services (if applicable), refunds are not permitted unless event is cancelled by us.
